New Member Learning to Lead Workshop
Newly elected school board members are required by law (NDCC §15.1-09-32) to complete training within their first year of service. NDSBA’s New Member Learning to Lead Workshop fulfills that requirement. Attendance and participation are checked at the completion of the session to ensure the legal requirements are met.

As you begin your service, NDSBA is here to support you every step of the way. Please mark your calendar for the New Member Learning to Lead Workshop on Thursday, October 8 during our Annual Convention at the Bismarck Event Center. All newly elected school board members are required by state law to attend this workshop, which is designed to provide the foundational knowledge and tools needed to be an effective board member.
