The 2017 NDSBA Negotiations Seminar was held on February 9-10 at the Ramkota Hotel in Bismarck.
Two early bird sessions were held on Thursday, February 9.
NDSBA’s superintendent evaluation template was presented during this session along with an overview of recommended procedures for completing the evaluation. Advantages of the electronic evaluation were discussed by Ellendale Superintendent Jeff Fastnacht and Dan Martin of Rocky Mountain Evaluations, developer of the software program.
Rachel Bruner-Kaufman and Meredith Vukelic, Pearce Durick PLLC Law Firm, shared information on teacher nonrenewal procedures and the discharge process.
