2024 ANNUAL CONVENTION EXHIBITION

Exhibitor Booth: $800 (limit of 50) – MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE
Includes:

• 10’x10′ booth
• One 8ft, uncovered table
• Pipe/Drape
• Two chairs
• Power access within 50′ – must indicate if your booth needs power when registering
• Free wifi
• Two free conference registrations – a $600 value! Please include the names of the individuals who will be attending and their contact information on the registration form so we may contact them with updates and directions closer to the convention. Space will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis for PAID applications.

This year, we are introducing a new aspect to exhibiting. For $200 more, we invite exhibitors who want to demonstrate their services or a product at a designated time and place during convention. These “Showcase Breaks” will be held for 10 minutes during the timeframe of the exhibition show. The participating organizations will be highlighted in marketing emails, on the NDSBA website, and in the convention program. There is a limit of FIVE Showcase Breaks – they are FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE.

We will be accepting applications until Friday, September 20, or until space is filled.
